Confirmed bookings should be given a notice of 24 hours if it should be cancelled. If cancelled after the 24 hour period, the customer looses their deposit. If the customer fails to show up for a confirmed booking, the total cost of the treatment will be charged to the client’s account.
Customers should arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment slots given.
There are 3 times slots in the day: 9:30 am- 12:30 pm; 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
